Reading Muse China & Hong Kong on the BLOOMBERG PROFESSIONAL Service

Muse is designed to be read on all electronic platforms. However, Muse emails sent to recipients on the BLOOMBERG PROFESSIONAL Service may occasionally be deleted by the spam filters in place.

Thus, we recommend that you use your corporate email accounts to receive Muse emails.

However, if you choose to receive Muse via the Bloomberg Professional Service, please make one change towards the default configuration for the spam filter in Bloomberg to ensure that your deliveries are not affected:

• Log-in to your Bloomberg account.
• Go to MGU<go>
• Press "page down" on your keyboard to move to Page 2.
• Find the switch that says "spam level". The default is "2".
• Please change the spam level to "3", or "low" (see screen below).
• Press 1<go> to update.
